Return Policy

Did not like the product you had shopped? Changed your mind after receiving your order? No Worries. We respect the fact that many a times you buy a fashion product but change your mind later and decide not to wear it.

We do not want you to regret your purchase decision ever. We value your money and we will not like you to waste your money in buying a product which you will never use. And hence, we offer a very simple 3 step return policy to our customers.

  1. Inform : You need to raise the return request from website by entering order number and mobile number or share the name, order number and image of the product via email at Support@fashionables.co.in  over email within 72 hours from the time you receive your product. We will then approve your return request and then the next step follows.
  2. Return: Once you receive our confirmation for your return request approval. We will arrange the pickup. The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with original packaging.

If the item is defective or damaged share the opening video of the parcel from beginning till end. We will not be able to process the refund if the product(s) is damaged or shipped without its original packaging and video as mentioned above.

  1. Refund:The timeline to raise a return request is within 72 hours from the date of order delivery.

    (a) For PAY ON DELIVERY/CASH ON DELIVERY orders:

Store credits will be provided. Refunds cannot be transferred to any other payment method.

Once we receive your return order, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of the parcel and proceed with your selected mode of resolution method.

We will issue a store credit/coupon for amount paid by you less to and fro shipping charges.

 

You may use the store credit on next online purchase anytime. Store credit/coupon code will be valid for the next 1-year from the date of issuance.

A customer can apply one coupon code at a time while placing an order and hence orders that are placed using the refund coupon code will not be able to apply any offer coupon code.

 

 

 

(b) For ONLINE PRE-PAID ORDERS (Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card/UPI/Wallets)

If the refund is approved, amount will be deposited to the original source account within 7-10 business days of upon receiving the items with original labels and tags, excluding the delivery fee.

 

For orders paid with a card, the refund will be credited to the same card used during the order placement.

 

For orders paid through UPI, the refund will be transferred to the same UPI source used during the order placement.

 

Upon receiving your return, you will receive an email confirming the parcel's receipt, and we will proceed to process your refund.

 

Refrain from disclosing the OTP to the pickup partner until the order has been officially handed over to them.

 

Note: Shipping cost (to and fro) will not be refunded and applicable refund amount will be calculated after deducting shipping cost & discounts offered at time of purchase.
